We use our social media pages to provide important information about safety.  We want you to join in the conversation and comment on what we and others are saying; but there are things that we won’t tolerate on our pages.

• It goes without saying that you are responsible for what you submit.

• Please don’t swear or post rude, offensive comments on our pages. These comments will be removed. We also reserve the right to remove comments that could be seen as provoking or deliberately attacking to others. We will not tolerate any form of bullying or harassment, whether it’s towards other users or Humberside Fire and Rescue Service roblox staff.

• If you feel you’re being bullied or harassed on our pages, please contact us and we’ll remove any related comments, if we haven’t already. We’ll also consider banning the person responsible.

• If you’re offended by another person’s post or comment, please first report it to the social media channel. 

• If you’re offensive about the roblox community or any of our members of staff, posts/comments will be removed.

• Please don’t share any personal information on our pages. Confidentiality is important to us and we abide by GDPR.

• We endeavour to respond to all messages and comments where necessary but our pages are not monitored 24/7.

• Please DO NOT use our pages to report emergencies we DO NOT associate with the actual fire service; call 999.
